I just started taking this product last week. I read about the benefits of InnerFuel in Dave Asprey's Super Human book and how he takes it. After decades of eating the standard American diet and being on acid block prescription meds, I know I have to heal my stomach and work on increasing the good bacteria and the diversity of my microbiome and that's why I started InnerFuel.

I am now on my second container of interfuel. I mix 1-1/2 cups in my water bottle each day. I had been taking just probiotic capsules and following the Viome recommendations. After adding the inner fuel prebiotic, I noticed a considerable change in the variety of foods that I was able consume without bloating and a decrease in gas production. I feel like my microbiome is becoming more diverse and more vibrant. I think this product provided the medium for my probiotic to flourish. We'll see how my immunity is now that cold and flu season is approaching. Bottom line. It works for me and I would recommend it.

After years of trying to do Bulletproof coffee in the morning as part of a intermittent fasting routine, I had to give it up. Upset stomach, reflux issues, I just couldn't handle it. As part of cleaning up my gut problems, I decided to give InnerFuel a try, and also thought, 'wow, this could mitigate the upset I get from the coffee mix in the morning.' Bingo. It works! I add two scoops to my 8-12 oz BP French Kick coffee, 1 Tb grassfed butter, and 1 TB Brain Octane oil. My tummy is fine, my energy is great for many hours, and all's good in the world. If you've had some issues with including BPC in the morning, try adding Inner Fuel -- it could be a game changer.

It has a non detectable taste. I put in my morning coffee with plain collagen . After a few weeks I have noticed my bloating is non existent , digestion is consistent and I feel like I e had breakfast after coffee. It have had intestinal resection and have tried supplements to assist with gut health. I think this is the ONE!!

I like this product and would buy again. I was taking a gummie that had added sugar etc as a pre/pro biotic but have switched to this. It says work up to two scoops but am still using just one. It blends/devolves in very well with my morning bulletproof coffee and is tasteless. Doesn't clump at all. It's a great part of my new healthy routine.

So I added taking the pre biotic to my morning regimen. I figured I already add collagen, ghee, and mct oil to my coffee. I wonder if I would notice the innerfuel - turns out nope- it blends right into my coffee. Easy peasy. Get your garden its nutrients!

For the first time in my life, I'm pooping perfectly twice a day, every day. I'm not using other bulletproof products regularly because brain octane makes me bloated (I'm sensitive to coconut), but this is amazing stuff. After two days I had the best poop I've had in years.

I just feel better after adding this to my morning coffee and also to a drink mid-day. I feel my gut is more �������cleaned out������� which gives me more energy and a better whole body feel. Start this product using one scoop or less and work your way up. I absolutely recommend!!

I have been trying to use this product for over a month now. I add about a teaspoon (not the 3 1/3 tablespoons that is the recommended amount) of it to my coffee BUT only on days when I know a bathroom is close by. I am trying to gradually increase amount like suggested but I may have to decrease.
