Bumblebee tuna pouches are a genius product. Just the right volume for one, the macros can't be beat and for someone who is a weight loss surgery patient, it keeps me on track with healthy eating. Life is too busy and sometimes planning meals and snacks falls short. I keep several packs in my lunch cooler bag along with a spoon and I can even zip these open when I'm stuck in Dallas traffic (nothing like it!) and it's a much healthier and filling option than a protein bar.

I love these little pouches. They're so convenient to grab for lunch. The seasoning in the Mediterranean flavor is very nice, not hot or spicy. I do add some light mayo to the pouch and mix it up and put on low carb tortillas or in a tomato. Makes a great sandwich with lettuce and tomato.

I have tried almost all the tuna flavors, and the Mediterranean Herbs %26 Spices is my basic choice. You can eat it from the pouch, or add your own ingredients to it. It is flavorful, but not overwhelming. It is enough for one person -- a good sandwich or just a nutritious snack. Personally, I do drain the water from the pouch and add a spoonful of mayonnaise. The pouches are more expensive than canned tuna, but very convenient and tasty. If you are an older person, this is an easy way to get some quick nutrition.

My goodness so, my first time buying this brand “Bumblebee herbs and spices pouch,I most let you the consumer knows is delicious I mixed with the regular tuna,I added tomatoes and onions and serve with tortillas chips, my goodness delicious!!! Yummy!!! I am hooked now..

i really love the fack that you don't need a can opener and the different flavors are delicious. the only thing I don't like is they are a tad pricey but overall its fantastic

THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE BY BUMBLE BEE! I EAT ONE POUCH A DAY. I USUALLY MIX IT IN A SALAD OR WITH WW PASTA , VEGGIES %26 FF DRESSING %26 IT'S REALLY GOOD!!!😊

These are great for on the go snack. I usually keep one in my purse for those running around days. The herbs and spices are not overpowering, light hint of flavor. There's not much liquid compared to canned tuna. Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this is very tasty. It has the right amount of spices but still tastes fresh. I mixed with some cucumbers for a tasty fresh lunch.

This flavor has red peppers and black olives in the packet. It has a good taste and is not too spicy but I could only take a few bites as red peppers and I do not get along well. I have been trying all of the different flavored tunas to keep my lunch interesting while getting protein. If you like tuna and can have red peppers and olives, you should enjoy this flavor.
