I was using imitation crab meat for my rangoons. I decided to try this instead. The imitation has a lot of ingredients including sugar. This may cost slightly more, but well worth it! The texture was better. The taste was better. I will continue to use this affordable REAL crab over the imitation from now on. It was a big improvement.

The crabmeat was very handy to make a crabmeat salad or for use in crabcakes. It was tasty and easy to combine with other items.

I bought this for making a crab meat dip, and it is really good for that. However, eating it right out of the can, it was bland with a fishy taste that really surprised me. It is not the crab sweet flavor I was expecting. Still, for dips and salads, it is OK. It is a high protein, low fat food that is healthy and part of a nutritious diet. It is a good value for the price and I give it 3 stars only for the straight flavor.

Mostly water with the tiniest slivers of crab meat almost like rice size but smaller. If you told me it was ACTUALLY minced, white rice with some boiled crab water, I would believe you. Absolutely zero chunks of crab meat in it, just tiny pieces with almost zero taste. Horrible. I should have believed the reviews.

Mostly water. The pieces of crab are tinier than a grain of rice. Very little flavor. Texture similar fish paste. I've had imagination crab that taste much better than this. I wish I hadn't bought 2 cans of this. Even the cats weren't interested. Wild raccoons finally finished it off. I definitely would NOT recommend this crab pastes. Very disappointing.

I love crab meat but not this can,sorry I know there is a pecking order for crabmeat. One being the best "lumb crabmeat" two is the claw meat. Lastly we have Bumble crab meat. Which should be called "crab meat dust" when I openned the can it looked like oatmeal. I tasted a little spoon full and it had no taste.You couldn't even put it sauce because it had no fav. Hopefully my next reveiw will be better.
