I have twins who are about three months old and just starting to hold their heads up really well. I understand the recommended age is a little older, but I needed something that would let them sit up for a few minutes while I got small tasks done. The material reminds me of those foam slide shoes—soft but supportive—so it feels sturdy without being hard. I also like the wide base and non-slip bottom, which makes the seat feel stable and not easy to tip over. It wipes clean easily, which is great for spit-ups and everyday baby messes. The two-pack is really convenient. If you don't have twins, it would still be great to keep one upstairs and one downstairs. I do think these would be especially great for slightly older babies with stronger head control, and I always use them with supervision.
