Does the job
I'm regular width, size 9-91/2 shoe and had to get large. My little toes want to go under my feet when walking due to rheumatoid arthritis, These really help bring them out.

These are comfortable when I wear them to sleep. However, I'm not too sure how effective they are. I saw no change after using for awhile.

The pictures make it look like there are straps that criss cross over your feet to appplu proper support. They dont, its all just part of the same stretchy material. The strap doesnt do anything except hold it on your foot. No support or couter pulling of any straps. Total waste of money. Better off buying some simple cloth straps and diy the same concept and then use butterfly pins to hold them in place or something. Dont buy this, it holds no support for a bunyon.
