The box was a little damaged upon arrival, but all the pieces were there and we paid for assembly so Angi assembled it and they did a great job no problems

Overall, this 3-bed bunk set seems pretty good and I think it will last a while, even it if it means going over it every year and giving the bolts a little tightening. Not a big deal. The only issue we had so far was during the assembly process. The illustrated instructions left out a VERY important detail where a two lower bed rails have to go THROUGH a hole in a support leg for the upper bunk. This confusing step was not described in the instructions, nor were the particular numbered bolts/washers/nuts listed for this step. So, we had to disassemble things a bit to back up and catch this step. Aside from this, it all went together pretty well in ONLY about 4 hours with all the kids lending hands. We also used cordless impact drills rather than the included Allen wrenches, saving us quite a bit of time and hand agony. - - - As we have 8 children, we will almost certainly be purchasing another 3-bed set like this...provided this one holds up well over the next year.

it's lower to the ground than it looks. it's pretty hard to add the slats for the mattress to sit in and hard to add the little black bumpers to insert them into. it's going to look nice and I have hight extensions on the way now (should be here in like 30 minutes) that are like $8. adding the little bumpers for the slats was scary and our fingers were sore after we finished. Nice but like I said hard to assemble the slats. (my daughter wanted me to add that they wanted to help make it and I'm not forcing child labor on them 😂)

Purchased because it was great value. Unfortunately, one of the leg supports has several scratches %26 what looks like bubbling under the paint finish. Even more disappointing is that it's on the forward facing side. So very visible. Otherwise, I like it. Seems fairly sturdy %26 was not too difficult to put together.

product arrived in a re tapped box, parts were dinged and scraped up, end caps were installed and scuffed up alrdy. basically someone put it together and returned it after then they resold it to me after putting missing parts back in packaging. product is still worth the buy if you get a new one and not a returned and resold one. its sturdy and easy to put together.

Understood the buck bed is heavy but still not the reason FedEx damaged it during the shipping and delivery procedure for it on 10/11/25... Found at least two bars' end bended which need to be fixed or repaired manually with multiple black painting scratches as well... may hammer and mark pens help somehow but need to contact Walmart team for the further troubleshooting to it...

I need a refund for a bunkbeds because it's not what I expected. I open each boxes up and there was no instructions with 1000 pieces. No way I will be able to put my kids beds up refund.

The bed has very confusing instructions and the openings for the bars for the frame are not even. My son figured that those will be left without a bar because one side as an opening for the bar but the other side is does not. I wish I would have gotten a picture before we put the mattresses on. The trundle frame wheels are so cheaply made. It was build less than a week ago and they are broken already. The frame part also bended where the openings for the wheels go. The bed also creaks and it's wobbly, its not study at all. Everytime someone on the bed moves it's like a small earthquake.

The bed is missing several parts, and there isn't anyone to contact for missing parts. The only option is to dismantle what we did get put together and return through walmart.

Hard to get in touch with someone they sent us the wrong piece and we couldn't put the bed together. It was the first step so this is very disappointing. Now my son is sleeping in the mattress on the floor until we get a new bed
