It's Definitely great to have a security camera like this outside, so the unwelcome behaviors can be recorded. The spotlight is a plus for sure, when we come back home, it automatically lights up and functions as a sensor light, also iy can scares away unwelcome people and animals.

This is the best camera for the price. Simple set up, free app for viewing. Will definitely buy more

This is my second Blurams security camera. I own the original outdoor cam with night vision and motion detection. This new Spotlight Camera has a little bit better resolution and has also added a new feature, the spotlight. I have not had any issues with either camera. They both work well, especially for the price. I also have a ring video doorbell and if I am completely honest, I like these cameras much more. The app comes up quickly and I can often see who is outside with these cameras before the Ring doorbell even notifies me. The only issue I have is that you have to pay a monthly fee (4.99 per month is the lowest plan) for each camera to be able to view live video. That's $10 a month for my 2 cameras. You can go without paying the plan but you can only see the video when there is an alert. So if you like to periodically just check on things, you will need to pay the minimum monthly fee. Honestly, for me, I don't mind paying the fee to be able to have the video storage and live view, but if you want to run a multi camera set up, the fee could add up. Overall, if you just want a cheap but reliable camera to help you keep an eye on your property, this cam is it.

08/08/22 Recent update from Blurams about my MAC address concern. They have been great about addressing concerns and support is getting much better. "Hi Chris, We notice you updated feedback on Walmart detail page, and we are so sorry about our description may caused misunderstanding for new users. Because the wifi and Ethernet network interface card is separately, the outdoor camera shows different MAC addres in the wifi router. For example, when you add the laptop via wifi and RJ-45 ethernet cable separately, you'll see a different laptop's MAC address in the router's DHCP allocation table. Also, we'll redesign the MAC address label, and it will show both MAC address, so new users will not confused in this case. Your kind understanding and patience would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Blurams " Original Concern: I've got 9 Blurams cameras...for the price, they've been great...BUT NOW...When assigned names to the cameras on my local network, I realized that all 3 of my cameras like this one, the MAC addresses ARE NOT what's appearing on my router, totally different number. Looking into why, someone mentioned that the ones I bought could have been refurbished, and macs changed, dunno, but VERY SUSPICOUS!!

I have purchased several Bluram products and they all were good. I just think the backend product service may not be as good as others.

The motion detection sucks. It picks up every bug that passes by
