Pure Colloidal Minerals Liquid by Buried Treasure 32 oz.

This was recomend to me by someone who takes it. After using one bottle I tried another brand, and promptly switched back. I notice a major difference in how I feel when I take this. I take other supplements that I know help my overall health that I do not clearly notice a difference when I take them or stop taking them. i do not expect to feel a dramatic change when taking supplements, so when I do I consider it to be of note.

I put this stuff in my smoothies. Great way to get more minerals into my diet. I use the unflavored product, that way I can use it and flavor it as I prefer. Great deal on Swanson!

This is a super way to get trace minerals into your diet. A couple of tablespoons in the morning smoothie are almost invisible.

I've been using the flavored Buried Treasure for awhile and thought... how bad can the taste of this be? Unfortunately, pretty bad. I wanted to try it because it's about twice as potent as the flavored. I guess I just need to take double. You can dilute it, but it tends to make things slightly bitter, unless you REALLY dilute it. I would highly recommend if you can do things like that; but for me, I'm back to the flavored. Just know what you are signing on for.
