Burpee Moluccella laevis Bells of Ireland Flower Seed, 1-Pack

I am always looking for unique plants to grow and saw the Bells of Ireland seed pack and thought I would give it a go. It is too early in the season to comment on bloom, color, etc, but I winter sowed some and started some indoors. The germination rate is high. Only time will tell how well it will grow, but I have high hopes.

I have an overall goods opinion of this brand of seeds. These particular ones did not disappoint! They all germinated and are growing well. I started them in potting soil mixed with starting soil (80% potting mix and 20% seed starting soil).

Can't wait to grow these! The price was great, the seeds arrived quickly, and the flowers look so unique. Looking forward to adding them to my garden this summer.

I love the Burpee brand to start off my spring garden! Their seeds germinate easily and always produce nice blooms.

Bells of Ireland are so beautiful. I just plant the seeds and anxiously waiting for them to sprout! Burpee seeds are great and a brand I buy yearly.

I have not planted yet. Seeds came quick and look good.

Only some of these bloomed for me so I did not have a great germination rate but the ones that did grow came in beautifully mixed in with my flowers. They're beautiful to add to bouquets as well. Bees love them! Vibrant green color. Slow growing for me in full sun and in partial shade (different pots).

Few plants appeared after planting. What did sprout did not reach maturity. They just turned brown and died. They had sun and rain. That is about all I could offer

I had a LOT of seeds germinate from this packet. However they never grew past little seedlings. I don't know if that was a problem with what I was doing - I had them inside under grow lights, but maybe they would have done better outside?

had high hopes, as these look really cool. maybe one seed sprouted. wont try these next year. was a good price and delivery was great as always
