Squash Anyone ?
I tried to grow squash during the winter. I had to go take mini courses on plant cycle growth to figure out where I went wrong. The plant grew the flowers but I didn't know I had to self pollinate the flowers when the bloomed. Therefore no squash came out. I'm currently growing another seed and hope that this time I get some squash .

Straight Necks are my favorite.
I prefer the straight variety for ease of chopping and being able to use more of each squash with less waste and more uniform pieces. Burpee seeds always have a high germination rate and if you follow the directions a bountiful harvest is in your future.
