I am totally ticked off! I ordered two Burst Toothbrush replacement heads. I received one of the "ORIGINAL" replacement heads and one of the "PRO" replacement heads. This is NOT a failure on my part. I did not even know that Burst had a New "PRO" toothbrush out. It would be a lot less confusing if BURST would indicate that they have "ORIGINAL" replacement heads and ALSO have "PRO" replacement heads for sale. PLEASE LABEL THEM AS SUCH WHEN SALING THESE ITEMS!!!!!! The "Pro" replacement did not seat well on my current ORIGINAL Burst toothbrush. Guess I will throw the "PRO" replacement out (a big waste of MY money) and use the "ORIGINAL replacement that I got. I went to the Burst website and it stated that the two replacement heads ARE NOT interchangeable. THEN, for HEAVEN SAKES, when selling these replacements, please ask the customer which one they need ..... "the ORIGINAL" or "the PRO." This should NOT be a guessing game!!! And, no, NOT everybody wants you ... BURST ... to automatically send them a replacement head every so many weeks. I am quite capable of monitoring my own need for replacement. That is why we have calendars ... lol! My suggestion is that BURST get with the program and since these replacements are NOT interchangeable, they need to label each different replacement head offered for sale. This should NOT be a guessing game. I am NOT willing to play Russian Roulette with my teeth and the health of my mouth (and my body ... which is connected and is affected by my oral health). Burst, practice what YOU preach!!!! It is really too bad, because I really did like the Burst toothbrush. However, since I cannot depend on receiving the CORRECT replacement head, I am currently looking for a different brand of electric toothbrush. Goodbye, BURST!
