Burt's Bees 100% Natural Moisturizing Lip Balm, Pomegranate, 1 Tube

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burt's bees chapsticks are chapsticks that I have always enjoyed. When I as able to try the pomegranate lip balm and I was so excited. When I receive the package in the mail I was able to identify it was not the transitional lip balm as there was a pomegranate on the front of the box. The scent is very pleasant. There is a very faint tint and like the transitional Burt's bees a bit of a shine. Once applied it kept my lips hydrated. I had a spell of really bad chapped lips and after a week of applying my lips were healed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has good coverage especially as someone who is going through braces my lips have been getting way worse with them. I have them being more dry to the point I needed to find a new chapstick that helped me so they didn't crack as bad and this one has been one of the few that last me during the day. Doesn't take many layers to put on and don't mind the smell of it either. Very different I never used a pomegranate flavor one before but I don't mind it since it's not too strong and overwhelming.

It smells natural and doesn't leave a bad taste or residue around your lips! 👄 It has sunflower oil, coconut oil, and a bunch of other natural oils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burt's Bees Pomegranate Lip Balm was given to me for free in exchange for my honest review. The product has red color but applies sheer to the lips, no noticeable tint. The texture is nice, and it glides nicely (I prefer it to the strawberry lemonade one from the same brand). It's occlusive and keeps the lips protected from the weather. No noticeable flavor once on the lips.

The ingredients and overall quality feel a step above a lot of basic lip balms, so I can understand the higher price point compared to some drugstore options. The only thing that surprised me was that I expected at least a slight tint from the pomegranate version, but there really wasn't one on my lips. Also, I'm used to lip balms that have some kind of cooling or tingling sensation like EOS or Blistex, so this felt a little more subtle in comparison. It still keeps my lips feeling soft and hydrated, and I like that it's made with quality ingredients. Maybe it would be nice if they offered two versions in the future like one classic and one with a little tint or extra sensation. I'd give it 4 stars, maybe 4½. It's a solid lip balm that feels nice to use, though I usually try to grab them on sale when I can.

This pomegranate lip balm has a light scent, is easy to apply, and stays on for a few hours. I like that it doesn't feel thick, not much is needed sp the tube lasts a very long time, and it gives my lips a slight tint. As evidenced by my lip photo even after I wiped it off my lips still have a slight sheen to them. The four stars is bc my hubby hates this particular one. He says that it's thick on his lips after he kisses me and it transfers and it tastes horrible so he ALWAYS has to wipe it off. He may not be a fan, but that won't stop me from using it. He doesn't use chapstick so he has no clue what moisturized lips feels like.

It glides on smoothly and feels lightweight on the lips. It has no taste at all. There’s no tint either, so it keeps my lips looking natural. It keeps my lips moisturized and helps prevent dryness when I reapply. Overall, it’s a simple, reliable lip balm that works well.
