Bought this balm after losing my regular while in a trip, so I bought this one after hearing great things about Burt's Bees. After the first use I could feel the difference between this balm and my old one. This balm provides that instant relief that other balms do, but after hours of having it on continues to soften and moisturize my lips unlike other brands. I was surprised when hours after I first applied I wasn't reaching for more, not to mention my lips were even softer than when I first applied! Now I typically only apply this product before bed and once during the day, making it a much more convenient balm for my daily use. Thanks to Burt's Bees and a little luck, I have the softest, smoothest, best looking lips of my life!
