Burt's Bee's products are quality products.
I bought it as a gift for a co-worker in her birthday package I gave her, so this item wasn't for myself. I have used other Burt's Bee's products that I have liked, however.

IWOULD GIVE IT A 10!
I LOVE BURT'S MOISTURIZING LIP BALM. I HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS. I HAVEN'T FOUND ANOTHER LIP BALM I LIKE AS MUCH ASI LIKE BURT'S LIP BALM.

Buy it for the health of your lips
Natural SPF, goes on smooth, doesn't have the waxy feel of other lip balms. Acts a seal to keep lips from drying out when out in the sun and wind all day.

Uncomfortable on cracked lips
The balm contains peppermint oil. It might be OK to protect healthy lips but it irritated and felt uncomfortable when I put it on already dry and slightly cracked lips. Since I spend a lot of time outdoors in winter, sometimes in extreme cold temps, I will use something else.
