I love the texture and scent of these! I used to purchase these at my local pharmacy but unfortunately they don't sell them in stores anymore.

I was able to review Burt's Bees new lip sheet mask for free through the Hive Helpers Program. I was very impressed with this mask compared to others I have tried. It was an oil-soaked paper mask that adhered to my lips easily, yet had trouble adhering to my skin around the contours of my mouth. The mask smelled great and even tasted good. After 5 minutes, I removed the mask and saw a huge difference in the hydration of my lips. They were not chapped at all, and the oil absorbed well around my mouth but did not absorb to quickly in a drying way on my lips. Under liquid lipstick, my color stayed looking fresh for hours, but under cream lipstick, the pigmentation was not as opaque. My lips have been extremely dry recently due to the cold weather changes. I received the Moisturizing Lip Mask as a part of the Hive Helpers and was excited to try it out! The Meadowfoam Seed & Almond Oils smell amazing and don't taste too horrible. The application was a bit awkward, the lip mask was too large for my lips, which you can see in the pictures. Overall I really enjoyed this lip mask. The oil blend had a great scent and left my lips feeling silky and smoothie. The only thing I didn't like was the mask itself..it was I'll fitting and awkward, I'd rather have this as a rollerball lip oil. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from a ‘lip mask' and have never tried one before. I must admit it was a little strange to put a ‘mask' on my lips. And I was a tad skeptical. But it smelled lovely, and what could it hurt? So I put it on my lips, and it felt a little greasy, but not uncomfortable. My husband had a good laugh at my face with the mask on for 5 minutes, but when I took it off my lips were instantly softer and smoother. They did not feel greasy at all, and looked amazing! I was given the opportunity to test the Burt's Bees lip mask. When I opened the package it smelled a little bit like coconut to me. I have thin lips but the mask is made for all sizes so it is very big and actually covered about a half an inch all the way around my lips. The mask is basically just a piece of kind of a Gauzy material soaked in oils. In my opinion I think it would be better to just buy some oils and put them on your lips. Using the mask seems unnecessary to me. But I think it's a cute concept which could be nice to include in like a spa gift package.
