I love that it's made with natural ingredients — no harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances. It goes on smooth and keeps my lips hydrated especially on this cold winter weather. The peppermint oil gives it a refreshing feel which I absolutely enjoy. My lips used to get really dry and flaky, especially in colder months, but this balm has made a noticeable difference. I love that it does not feel waxy or greasy, just soft and nourishing. Plus, the tube lasts a long time! I would definitely recommend this to my friends!

The peppermint flavor was pretty strong at first, but I got used to it after a couple of applications. I didn't get that intense tingling sensation that I had heard about, but it did have a nice cooling effect that felt refreshing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have liked this but for the peppermint oil. It was incredibly strong and gave my lips a burning sensation even after I removed it. I would be interested in trying a different variety without the peppermint as it had a nice texture and glided on easily. The packaging should make greater emphasis of the peppermint because I was unaware of how strong this would be on my lips. They felt uncomfortably burning and tingly even after I removed it.

I ordered this for my irritated skin on lips. I expected honey smell, nourishing and hydration. But this peppermint takes everything aside! It irritated my lips even more. It smells awfully, like toothpaste, but worse. I wish I would be able to return it, because it is not “just not working”, it is “I will ruin your lips and bring you pain”. Perhaps it could work as a lip plumper.
