This is a wonderful intensive moisturizing. I've used it on heels, cuticles and anywhere winter-dry skin is a problem. It's a better-smelling, non-toxic alternative to Bag Balm.

Gave as a gift to my son. He loves this salve and the brand.

This does go on greasy, but it soaks in. I rub it into the top of my hands and wipe my palms off on a towel. It creates a barrier on my skin without looking oily that lasts for about five washes before reapplying. Keeps my hands from drying out and cracking.

Hand salve is a girls best friend. It's amazing how it heals everything. Skin feels soft, and if there is a scratch or a wound, it heals that as well. As a Doctor of Chinese Medicine I only use natural products, so I have been with Burts Bees from the start, and I will never use anything else but Burts Bees. Don't ever take this product away. Frequently washing my hands leaves them dry and cracked. Hand lotions do not seem to help. Burts Bees hand salve was recommended to me and it really works. My hands are healed in just 2 days.

4-8-26 Seen Burt’s products on supermarket shelves for years. Finally tried the Hand Salve. Love the strong smell, but I can understand some finding it too strong. Would rather try this over a pump concoction for dry hands.

Greatest hand repair product eva!!!!! This product softens dry cracked broken skin and soothes the damaged areas immediately. I will never be without it in my arsenal.
