I don't always like fragrance in my skincare products, so I love that this is fragrance free. The texture of the serum is thinner and more water-based than some oilier serums I've used (PRO). I also like that this is designed to be able to be mixed in with my moisturizer, because I hate having to wait between steps for each product to absorb in my skin before applying the next. I started to notice a bit of a bounce back into my skin after about a week of using it. And as an added bonus, the Hibiscus and Bakuchiol has been a great retinol alternative for more sensitive skin.

I like that it instantly hydrates my skin without leaving it feeling sticky or heavy. My skin is combination to dry and had been extremely stressed and dehydrated before using this product. Secondly, it gives my skin a “firmness/texture” boost. As my skin ages, a product like this makes me feel like I got it from the Fountain of Youth, turning back the hands of time because some of my wrinkle lines seem to me/look softer. Lastly, it's super convenient and easy to use alone or with my moisturizer.

I think my favorite thing is that it can be used as an additive to my moisturizer or just put it on alone. I tried both ways but I like with the moisturizer most. The smell is subtle and not overpowering. Also has an easy pump dispenser so I'm not struggling with slippery hands during skin care routine. I was surprised on how fast I noticed a difference in my skin also. It's like a glow after a couple uses and I feel like my skin is firming. Definitely recommend and I look forward to seeing results after using for a while.

I love that it's got bakuchiol in it which is great for my sensitive skin. I love retinol, but it's difficult to find one for daily use that won't cause any other issues. I can use this day and night without drying out my skin.

I used it with my lotion all over after bathing. My skin doesn't even need extra moisture after that. This serum is definitely light weight, Doesn't feel heavy at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burt's Bees Firming Boosting Serum is the perfect product for folks who are can't use or don't use retinol. The application is really smooth and silky and not sticky, which I appreciate. It doesn't really have a smell, which is ideal for folks with sensitive skin. It was so hydrating that I waited ~5 minutes after applying it to before following it up with my regular moisturizer to give it time to fully sink into my skin. After a couple hours my skin feels supple and glowy!

I like that it dries down quickly and doesn't pill under my moisturizer, SPF, or makeup. I haven't had enough time using it to notice a difference in the texture or firmness of my skin, but I do think bakuchiol makes an interesting alternative to retinoids for sensitive skin. The packaging and pump is easy to use, keeps the product clean, and gives out the perfect amount of serum. The only thing I didn't love was the scent which reminded me of sunscreen mixed with a bit of floral fragrance. It ends up smelling a little sour.
