Burt's Bees Lip Butter Balm, Raspberry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Burt's Bees Sweet Mint Lip Butter is an ultra moisturizing product with a delicious taste. I prefer to use it before bed, and my lips are soft each morning when I wake up. I appreciate the airless container that keeps the product fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ingredients in this lip butter, it feels so soft and is like placing an exfoliate cream to my lips which is amazing because it peels the dead skin on top of my lips from the dryness of the cold weather. The big pot is cute but can be cumbersome when wanting to apply fast, also getting a bit takes time from the application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this lip butter! The twist up application is so ingenious for hygienically accessing the product! It's so awesome! It is a very potent lip butter that really softens my lips very effectively. I can still feel the softening effect long after the butter has been rubbed off by a meal. The only thing I kind of dislike is the sweet mint flavor. It tastes like mint gum that has lost its flavor lol.

The effects doesn't last but an hour or less. It does not taste like raspberry. It is sweet but the taste is bubblegum. The taste is gone within 5 minutes. i don't like having to apply by my finger. That is unsanitary and can get germs in the product. Design flaw in applying product and the error in flavor are why I do not recommend and won't buy again.

its a good product, but I am not crazy about the container and the item is way over priced. Burts Bees makes good products, and I understand it is more expensive to make all natural products instead of using cheap chemicals, but it is still just lip balm. A slimer container would be easier to carry around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright, as a lip product connoisseur I'll be perfectly honest, this is just OK. Initially I was really impressed with the packaging, the twist up design is more hygienic and cleaner overall than your typical lip butter containers, then again a tube is always my personal preference. The smell was fine, a soft honey vanilla, but the texture felt thick on my finger and once I put it on my lips it felt almost greasy and slippery. I was also hoping for more of a glossy, smoothing appearance, the shine is subtle and my lines remained pretty visible. My lips did feel softer after use, but I also needed to keep applying throughout the day. I found this product worked the best for me if I applied it at bedtime. When I did, I woke up to soft, nourished lips and wasn't as annoyed by the slippery feel or lack of shiny goodness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product itself it smells good, is easy to apply and the minty smell is nice but not overwhelming. The shape of this is awkward. It's too big and feels ridiculous when applying.

I ordered this with delivery. The package I received had been ripped open and retaped closed. The bottle was in upside down and had clearly been opened. This should not have ever made it into my order or been available on the shelf for the shopper to chose. Very disappointed.
