This product works well for my lips. Hard to find and was happy Walmart had it available. But, yet you canceled the order because you didn't have it available. Just asking to please be consistent with showing what items are available before a customer orders the product. Thank you for listening.

I love this stuff, especially when I feel a fever blister coming on. I really think it helps calm it down. I love the Menthol taste!

I like the feel of the medicated lip balm. It helps to relief the sore on the side of my mouth.

This is the best lip balm and I love how it's medicated. I am super picky on texture and smell of lip balms but this one is the best! I did not like the honey one that one did not smell good. This one has a true smell of peppermint and a nice texture it smells real and not cheap.

This lip balm doesn't have the same consistency as any of the other Burt's Lip Balm. It's so creamy and rich, I honestly wish they all had this consistency. This balm has a refreshing, cooling sensation that wraps your lips from the harshness of being dry and chapped. By far the best balm if you are addicted to chapstick and always carry one with you.

I did not see this the first time I looked at this site. I didn't realize there were more pages. This is the best lip balm I've ever tried. I won't use anything else. It keeps my lips soft and it stays on for hours if you're a person who doesn't wear lipstick This is the best along with it. Sometimes I use the tinted. Lip gloss if you have issues with dry lips, this is your number one go to thank you Burt's Bees.

After using this product I have received the worst allergic reaction on my lips I've ever seen and would not recommend if you have sensitive skin. After using this on a Wednesday morning to sooth my dry lips with in a hour I felt discomfort and by the time night fell it had gotten a little worse. But by the time morning hit my lips were filled with blisters and scabs. I never thought a trusted and loved brand would end up sending me to urgent care and cause me to take days off work.

These lip balms are actually wonderful and are the only other product we have found that will help when you are getting a fever blister besides Abreva (which costs a lot more). My problem with this transaction is I ordered two 2-packs (total of 4) and only one 2-pack arrived but the paperwork shows everything was shipped. I tried to call and was on hold for an hour and hung up, so I have emailed 3 times for a resolution and this is still not fixed. So basically I spent $21 for 2 lip balms. I will never order again if it goes through this same third-party Pharmapacks. I think I now need to dispute through my credit card.
