I do like this product. I noticed an immediate difference on my left under-eye after use, not as much on my right. I think with regular use I will notice a bigger difference. Because the eye mask needs to be placed under the eyes for at least 10 minutes, it might not be good for my weekly, morning routine since I have a tendency to rush out the door last minute. I can certainly see using it on weekends or more relaxed mornings. It is cool and soothing to my eyes and super simple to apply. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I cleaned my face beforehand and yet had a really hard time using this. Packaging says won't slip or slide but these gels did not cling to my under eye area. They kept sliding. Did not notice a change in puffiness but did feel refreshing and hydrated. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I gave 2 stares just for the cooling sensation, I was excited to try these for my tired and dehydrated eyes but right away I noticed there wasn't any product on one of mine and i had to press really hard down to get it to stick so I laid down! I will say it was pretty cooling on the one eye but I'm sad I didn't feel like these did anything, maybe i just got a bad one

Purchased and found hard, dry, shriveled bits of wax. No moisture, nothing hydrating. So hard that it is about to crack on bending. After too many off buys, it is time say bye to BB. Can not submit UNLESS an optional item is submitted/added. THAT MAKES IT NOT OPTIONAL. BB is a joke now.

Purchased Eye Gel Mask product based on package description: "...calming...revitalizing.... In 10 minutes, your skin will be revived, leaving you looking refreshed and healthy." Gel masks were dry, no gel or moisture, ultimately not refreshing nor renewing.

Purchased 4 pairs in store and when I tried the first ones they had no moisture in them so figured it was a bad pack, but they were all like that. Very disappointed. Wish I had read reviews earlier before purchasing and wasting money.

I love a good hydrating eye mask so I decided to try this out. However, it was very disappointing. First, when you open the product and go to place the gel pads on your eye, there is clearly a flatter side that would better fit the contour of a persons skin. However, the way they are packaged and supposed to be applied doesn't allow proper application for both eyes. Second, I didn't feel like a lot of product was even on them. Third, they didn't stick to my eyes enough, and kept slipping off. This was a bigger issue with the eye that wasn't able to have the proper side placed on it. The only thing I will say is that whatever product was on it felt cooling and refreshing to my eyes.

Why is Burt's Bees still making this product? I unfortunately bought a pack before reading reviews and honestly did not notice what the product looked like when I purchased it. When I went to use the eye masks they were dried out. Came to the website to see horrible reviews spanning YEARS- all about the SAME issue. Burt's Bees quality department, hello???? Either do something to improve the product or stop producing it.
