I ordered the black variety, it arrived quickly, and all of the parts were very well protected from scratches and it was well packaged. It looks very sharp and well made. The seller does not give this item enough credit, it actually has 15 hooks: 5 big hooks, and 5 double hooks. I'll admit, I was a bit puzzled when I saw the various parts, pieces and packages of screws. But, after studying everything for a few minutes and looking at the online pictures, I figured it out. Fortunately, majority of the little stuff wasn't even needed for hanging it over the door, so it looks more confusing at first than it actually is. It didn't come with instructions and although it is fairly simple, I'll do my best to give a quick and general how to for whoever may need a little help: 1. Remove the screws inside one of the hooks that isn't already attached to the rack. 2. Line up the 2 holes in the Over the Door Bracket (make sure the hanger part of this bracket is facing away from you) with the far 2 left holes on the rack. 3. Line up the 2 holes of the Double Hook that you removed the screws from, over top of the Over the Door Bracket's 2 holes and the 2 holes in the rack. 4. Insert the screws into the front of the Double Hook one at a time, and twist them until they are fully tightened through all three parts. 5. Repeat the process for the other hook for the 2 holes on the far right side of the rack. 6. Optional: Line up and stick the strips of foam with adhesive backing along the underside of each of the Over the Door Brackets to protect your door from scratches. - It made it too tight along the top for my door to be able to open and close, so I had to cut the top portion of the foam back off of it. But fortunately it came off pretty easily because I didn't let it set on it for too long before trying it out. Voila! That's it! The rest of the screws and miscellaneous pieces, from what I could tell, are either for mounting it directly onto your door or wall or for who knows what, lol! It seems like they give a lot of extra screws and felt pads and miscellaneous parts that are just confusing and not needed. So don't worry about them, the unit goes together very securely the way I explained and is very sturdy for practical usage like coats and towels, clothes, etc. I have no doubt that mine will last me for many years! I like it so much, that I am going to be replacing some of my other over the door hangers little by little with this one. :) I highly recommend this Over the Door Hanger! Nice hooks easy installation

Very good quality and attractive BUT I couldn't figure out what to do with all the pieces and it had NO instructions

Got A lot of hardware but no instructions thank god I figured it out

I really needed this over the door hanger. Arrived without instructions. On one side the hanger attached easily after looking at the picture online. The other hanger would not aline with the hook. The junky screws included stripped out using my Philips screwdriver. I have vision problems and arthritis in both hands. I had to use my spare slightly oversized screws to attach and now it wobbles on my door. Not worth almost $40!

What is pictured and what I got are very different. Mine has 3 hooks. 2 extra but there is no place to add them unless you screw this into the door which would make in not an over the door rack. So 3 hooks not 6. For the price, this is going back. I detest sellers that lie about their merchandise.

Honestly what I dislike about this item. I attached the first hook but could not get the other hook to unscrew the nails out. Now I only have 1 hook on there.
