Bush's Canned Garbanzo Beans, Canned Chickpeas, 16 oz Can

The thing I like the most about these garbanzo beans is their texture. They are softer than other brands that cost less. So, Bush's garbanzos are worth the money, in my opinion. They taste great as a side dish with a little Italian dressing or just topping a salad. They are an important part of my diet for their tasty fiber and protein, and they go well with just about any sauce.

I love these beans. Always rinse before using.You can put in salads, you can spread out and spray with oil and your favorite spices and bake for a crunchy treat that is health for you.

Purchased this premium brand to make America Test Kitchen's recipe for “Creamy Hummus”. The chickpeas were delicious and very easy to work with for this recipe.

Chickpeas, garbanzo beans, they have more protein in them than meat and chickpeas, and garbanzo beans has very very healthy protein, and it has a high concentrate of protein in them

Mumma roasted these chicken peas to perfection and then topped all of our salads with them! So good! So delicious! ....and so healthy too! A must try!

When it comes to chickpeas, garbanzo beans, or ceci beans (same bean, different names) are NOT all created equally. Brand makes a huge difference. Most seem to be small, hard, under cooked, %26 flavorless. Bush brand is the exception. Theirs are big, soft, %26 plumfy with a lot of flavor. I have tried so many brands, some cheaper, some more, some organic. Not worth it so I stay with Bush brand for not just Chickpeas but with all cooked canned beans. Side note, if you get gas from eating beans, rinse them off well before using and use Bean-o.

I eat these garbanzo beans every day in my salad. I like the taste and the texture is substantial and never mushy.

The GREAT VALUE is less expensive and as good. This brand was a substitute for me because the chick peas GREAT VALUE were not avaiable

These chickpeas are really good! I've never had this brand before. The peas are smaller than the other ones I've bought.

I did a grocery pick-up and had ordered 6 cans, 5 of the 6 were dented at the bottom of the can, and in multiple place on each can. One of the six cans was caved in in the center on both sides of the can. I threw it away because I feel it's unsafe to consume when a can is that extremely dented. I wish your shoppers would shop as if they are shopping for themselves! Would they have chosen these cans for themselves? It used to be that extremely dented cans were marked down half price. I paid full price for a product I threw away for being unsafe to consume.
