Bushwacker by RealTruck 40091-02 Matte Black Max Coverage Pocket Style Fender Flare, Front Pair Compatible with select: 2014-2015,2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado

Owned a Jeep Wrangler prior to the RAM 2500, so I knew about Bushwacker products, these fender flares fit great and look even better. As we live up a gravel drive the extra coverage helps against rocks chipping the paint, the only comment I have on install, is put the nuts and bolts together BEFORE you install the edge tape.

They are pretty easy to install once you get the hang of it, I watched a youtube video wich helped a lot. I love the no drill aspect, and if youhave wide tires they definitely serve the purpose.

Was well pleased with these until I found that I was short of some of the needed parts! One phone call to real truck solved that problem within 5 days and I had them installed myself in about two hours! Look great and the fit is perfect!

I never write a review about products I buy , but I felt this needed to be known. I bought these fender flares for my 2014 Ford F-150 fx4. I was excited to get them and install them on my truck. What a nightmare. First the pre holes weren't drilled on a couple of the fenders. I had to spend time drilling out the holes. Then when I went to install everything. None of the brackets matched the holes, the instructions supplied were very basic and not enough detail. So kind of have to figure it out as you go. I got everything installed but it took the entire day and a lot of ingenuity to get everything to fit. Would have been nice to have the parts match the directions. Be ware of you purchase these. They look good but the quality of the brackets and the instructions are very lacking. The only reason I gave this product a two star is because once the fender flares are installed they look good, but that's the only good thing out of my experience.

I've fitted a few sets of bushwackers over the past 6 years. All were great. This set have one major issue. The rubber seal uses a cheep knockoff of 3m tape. It does not stick. Yes I cleaned first with 50% isopropanol 50% water and allowed time to dry. I also dry fitted the seal then removed the tape. The problem is with the glue on the tape being inferior. I ordered a replacement seal that uses 3m tape from a different company at $40.00 and I'm pleased to say the bushwackers are great. So basically the cheap knockoff of 3m tape turns a great product into trash. Realtruck offered to cover some of the cost of the tape so a big thanks to the service team at Realtruck. Bushwacker, stop being fools and use 3M tape!

I've recently ordered my second pare of fender flares, the second o e was for my new dodge, on delivery product came scratch, scuffed and chipped. I called and complained, to my surprise they sent me a replacement set. When I got the second set and opened the box the same exact damage was very noticeable. So now I have 2 sets of damaged fender flares I cannot use which I paid over 500 bucks for, which now has cause rock damage to my 85k truck cause I received damaged flares was not able to install that on a brand new truck.
