It's meat. I like meat and so does my dog. I will eat meat. Not eating meat, I feel good, but I feel like I'm starving alot. So, I eat meat and I feel better. This is meat. I mixed 2 in with a can of some spinach. I only put 1 in, but it smelled like oysters. I like oysters, but the smell of something ground down to a bunch of wiggly worms and then chopped down further... it makes me flutter so joyously. Turkeys died for your meat obsession. Eat them.
I cook a pound a week for my dog and mix it in her dry food --- the less fat the better; but, sometimes they are out of the93/7% and substitute a fattier one. That's okay.
I've never had an issue with this ground turkey. It cooks up well. We use it in place of hamburger for tacos.
Makes great chili and spaghetti
I usually use ground turkey in my chili, Thais ground turkey went bad way before the expiration date. I'm not sure if it wasn't stored correctly at the store of if there is another reason. But it smelled horrible when I opened it.
Clearly, Butterball does not care about the quality or consistency of this product. It used to be good, but the most recent package I prepared was so gamey that I could barely eat it. The only reason I didn't throw it away is I don't like to throw food away, and I had cooked this in a stew with other ingredients, which would have compounded the waste and loss of money. It was so awful that I had to put salt and pepper on each bite to cover up the horrendously gamey taste of the turkey. Do not buy this product unless you like that sort of thing. Do not buy Butterball products expecting anything approaching consistency. This is trash that I paid full price for.
It just didn't seem as fresh as the package that I ordered
I ordered 3 turkey burger rolls. I only received 1.
I didn't receive the ground turkey with my order so I can't review it.
I did not receive my ground turkey rolls
