Excellent bacon the best tasting turkey bacon that I have tried.I have tried several brands of turkey bacon and this by far is the best.it has good texture and great taste and is not greasy. Its also healthier for you as well. Its also not salty and a good source of protein
Butterball lower sodium turkey bacon is a great addition to my breakfast rotation. With my weight loss journey I focus on higher protein and higher fiber meals. Sometimes I make the traditional turkey bacon, egg and toast( Carb smart bread, of course) or a breakfast sandwich with eggs chees and turkey bacon. YUMMY!
I have tried a lot of turkey bacons and this one cooked up the best, I love the taste, its crispy when fully cooked. " I use a microwave." I have never pan fried it. But.....as with all things, its a matter of taste. I recommend you try it. Enjoy!
I usually buy the Walmart brand, but its so greasy and has a flat taste, so i decided to try Butterball instead. It has an excellent flavor, cooks crispy and not greasy, or leave a fatty aftertaste. Will not be buying the walmart brand anymore. You won't regret buying Butterball turkey bacon!
The bacon is ok; it's the store I have a problem with. The last time I ordered this I received bacon Feb 15, it had expired Jan 24, it was slimy and smelled. Now I'm not so sure I want to order it again. Didn't even bother calling the store, I know they would have said bring it in for a refund, not convenient for me that's why I use delivery service.
I never bought this b4. I air fried a few pieces. What I got 5 months later was a synthetic look/feel/taste. It was like puffed papyrus paper. The taste was virtually nonexistent. I tossed it on the porch for neighborhood feral cats. (We feed them, do our best) They were mildly interested. I will try JUST FRYING or broiling this stuff next %26 will update.
the size of slices are not consistent, some are very small after cooking they shrink to very very small; The last two packs had a wetness to them they weren't expired and not slimy, but were coated with something so that I had to blot off with paper towel to make them appealing.
Butterball has some of the best whole turkeys, but their turkey bacon leaves a lot to be desired. It takes a while to fry it or even oven bake it. If, like me, you like crispy bacon, this is not for you. There is another brand of turkey bacon that is incredible.
This was my first time to try this type of turkey bacon. It smelled weird. The texture was funny. And the taste was horrendous! Absolutely no flavor. I think cardboard might have tasted better. What a waste of money. This went to my dogs. I am trying to do lower sodium and lower carbs in my diet. This was a huge disappointment. I would not buy this again, heck you couldn't give it to me free. I do not recommend this product.
Product arrived squished badly. I didn't know you could damage turkey bacon. Again, I believe additional training is what is needed here. I have noticed that the "new guys" try to cram as much product into each bag as possible. It's always the men too. The female pullers never damage product. At least not that I've seen.
