No Instructions Included
This product came with NO INSTRUCTIONS. I tried to send a message but only got "call us" for a reply. I wanted detailed instructions for application, not conversation. Why couldn't instructions be included with the product?

It was all stuck together I finally just threw it away

Terrible! Unable to transfer the letters on to the wall without it getting caught on it self then unable to get it apart. Got so frustrated I ended up throwing it in the trash.
