nice gift
I bought this as a gift. The package was a little smaller than I thought, but nice. The recipient liked it and is anxious to see how it grows. It comes with seed for a Norway Spruce. She just received the gift, so the tree hasn't started growing yet.

Hard to give a review because growing is unpredictable. Easy instructiions. Time will tell.

Not for an adult.
This is something that you would give a 9bor 10 year old. The small pot/dish is made from cheap plastic. I received 4 tree seeds. The potting 'soil' is actually coir, coconut fiber. The drainage hole are big enough for the coir to go through. The coir %26 packaging were the most expensive things, IMO.

only 1 seed sprout and is growing. I am a little disappointed but, I'm enjoying the seed that did sprout.
