I was pleasantly surprised with the seasoning in it. It tasted really good. The crust so flaky.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Gordon Ramsay chicken pot pie and honestly, I loved it. It’s one of those meals that’s super easy but still tastes really good. The flavor is rich and comforting, with tender chicken and a creamy filling that doesn’t feel bland at all. The crust comes out nice and flaky after heating, which makes a big difference. It’s also really convenient. You can just pop it in the oven and not worry about much, and it heats up evenly without getting soggy or dry. That’s something I really appreciate with frozen meals. This is definitely something I’d keep on hand for busy days or when I just don’t feel like cooking. It feels like a cozy, homemade meal without all the effort. In my opinion, it’s way better than most frozen pot pies I’ve had and I would definitely recommend trying it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between wrapping up college classes, I rarely have the energy to cook a complicated dinner from scratch. I was inspired to try this Roasted Chicken Pot Pie because I desperately needed a break from ordering takeout, and a classic comfort meal sounded perfect for a chilly NYC evening. The flavor completely exceeded my expectations—the gravy is incredibly savory and rich, and the roasted chicken tastes genuinely homemade, not rubbery at all. The crust is the real standout, baking up so buttery and flaky. I would highly recommend this to any busy student or professional who wants a cozy, high-quality meal without the prep time!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like chicken pies and was excited to try this one. There is more chicken inside, than I expected. It has creamy flavor. Good as a dinner or as a part of some dishes for family gathering.
Perfect for what u want in a chicken pot pie. The inside and outside were perfect. The cuts of chicken inside surprised me they were so good and the veggies and gravy were as they should be and not that weird frozen food taste. And the crust was actually flaky! Loved this pie! Buy more than one.
Very disappointed . Of all the chicken pot pies I have had it is the worst. Lots of pastry, little filling and I did not find any chicken. All for a premium price.
If I were Gordon Ramsey, I would be mortified regarding this new product. It is absolutely horrible. The chicken was dark meat and fatty. Very salty barely any other taste. Only portion I liked sort of was the crust. Will definitely not purchase again.
The recipe has changed from what it was a few months ago, for sure. For one, now it ‘cooks in the box’ and for another, the pot pie shell is no longer flaky. It crumbles and falls apart. Honestly. The OG pot pie and the OG steak and Ale pie felt with the price but now? Honestly it tastes mediocre. Worse than marie callender's pies which are half the cost. Might as well just buy those. What a shame.
I have enjoyed Chef Ramsay’s frozen meals for a while now. Have even recommended them to others. I bought this Shepherds pie yesterday and microwaved it at work today. The whole office smelled horrific. The food had an awful rotten smell. I tried to taste it and it was just as bad as it smelled. Straight to the trash it went and requested a refund. No idea why this particular one went so bad but it was the worse thing I’ve tasted, possibly ever. Hopefully it was a random fluke because usually these meals are great.
crust is great but it doesn't have any not one piece of chicken
