Comfortable. Easy assembly, Once fully expanded. Only downfall is its lower to the ground. Great for a comfortable lounging chair but not risky living room furniture as I hoped.

I bought this to use as my “reading nook”. I absolutely love it. It is very comfy and it is perfect for when I read. The added bonus is it is a great chair for watching tv. I didn't have to put it together, it just pops up when taken out of the box. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

It is as comfortable as it looks

Love this chair! Got it a few weeks ago for a reading chair. It is super comfy! It is a bit shorter and longer than I was visualizing from the pictures, but it's still amazing. The only star I knocked off was for the smell and the smaller pillows. Still smells like the packaging after a few days of airing out and using febreeze, so I think it needs a little longer. I also think I'm going to get additional pillows instead of the ones on the side bc they are smaller. But again, overall LOVE!

This couch and lounge is very soft and comfortable. My pets love it too. It is very sturdy and heavy. It comes in 3 boxes. It expands very nicely. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is, it is kind of low to the ground so getting up is more challenging than most couches and the seat cushions slide just enough for the back cushions to go down behind them. Not big deals considering the size, comfort, and value .

I have had this set up for 2 months. It's already breaking down. It's hard to get up off of because it's so low to the ground. It slides apart constantly and the cushions slide down while you are sitting on it. It's terrible but I gave it 2 stars because it is technically a couch. It would be great for little kids in a playroom.

Never got my couch, it said it was delivered in Arizona and im in Colorado.
