Thick pair of socks for these to start lol
Ouch. They do feel like walking on rocks because you are, but they say they will be painful at first. I have not made it 2 days. But I will eventually.

very good massage for feet, I like it a lot even though a little bit painful but after wearing those shoes feel better for sure. Good quality as well!
