You never know about the quality of an item until you receive it. This Ab roller is sturdy and easy to assemble. The handgrips are cushioned %26 comfortable. The large wheel is extremely stable %26 quiet. Ive used it on carpet and on a yoga mat with smooth rolling. I use it daily. I'm 6 ft %26 200 lbs. For the price it is well worth it.

simple but effective I feel it when exercising.

Great tool to have to add to exercise routing, it's not heavy or too bulky so it gets a pass to stay in the my small house. Can't beat the price and the item got here next day so happy with my purchase.

great product

excellent I really I like 👍 👌

A simple, affordable way to work on fitness at home.

Works great. Easy to put together, and feels sturdy.

stability for core exercise

My son bought this and said it really works your abs. I tried it and let's just say it was a hilarious situation. Definitely for those who know what they are doing.

Igenerally use an abs wheel, however this one is complete garbage. The handles have thick plastice layer ins8de making it very uncomfortable to use. I can normally do 100 in a row, but I had to removed the bar and replaced it with the 1 from my last one to prevent worse calluses than ones I get from lifting. The label tape in center came off immediately, I hear cracking in center of the wheel and will replace it soon. This version is complete and utter trash.
