C4 Original Pre-Workout Powder, Icy Blue Razz, 60 Servings

so i recently got into fitness & being healthy & for a while i was just going to the gym and doing my workouts, but i found that i didn't have much energy to do more than around 30-40 minutes of exercise, then i went into aussie supps & they showed me C4, i tasted the pink lemonade one & just loved the flavour, so i brought it and tried it the next day and ended up doing a 2 hour workout because i just had so much energy to keep going! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for something that is going to give you energy & tastes great! Can't wait to try the other flavours!

One of the best pre-workouts I have tried and my go-to. The Strawberry Margarita flavor is by far the best of all the flavors I have tried, mixes well and the flavor never gets old even if you take it every other day. Definitely will get it again once I run out.

I ended up having to cut the strength down to 1/4 strength, and then 1/2 strength...\n\nFull strength was amazing, but it was too much. I did my full workout, then jumped rope, then did more sets, then did a workout video, and still had excess energy...\n\n1/4 strength was perfect, but by the 4th dose, it wasn't giving me the same push, so I went to 1/2 strength where I'll likely stay for a while...\n\nIt would be amazing to take before a 5K...

I absolutely love the new formula! It tastes even better (I didn't know that was possible), I have more energy and focus, and all around feel the effects even more. I almost immediately feel the beta alanine kicking in once I drink it. Thanks for yet again another awesome product!

️Mixibility: I feel as though with previous generations of C4 some product would always clump at the bottom of my shaker cup. This new formulation is a much finer powder and mixed up perfectly In a glass with a spoon, no shaker needed. Taste: In previous versions of c4 they have always tasted good to me, a little on the sweet side and most were pretty tart. Fruit punch in other versions was usually pretty tart for me. This new version tastes sweet like usual minus the tartness which makes it much more enjoyable. Sometimes I like to mix it with extra water and continue sipping on it throughout my workout because it tastes so good. Energy & Focus: This procurement has always given me tremendous energy & focus. I was skeptical that a better formula could be made. I appreciate That The caffeine & beta alanine levels were both increased. I'm glad the N-Acetyl-l-tyrosine stayed in the formula since I can really tell extra mental clarity from it. I'm a big fan of removing bitter orange & yohimbe and replacing with a cutting edge novel compound like teacor. TeaCor seems to give as good if not better energy/focus than the other stimulants minus the unwanted side effects. Typically I would use 3 scoops of c4. The tweaked formula has allowed me to cut back to 2 scoops which adds extra value to the product. I used this product ever day for 2 weeks and noticed no tolerance. Strength: I'm currently cutting so calories are lowered, cardio is increased, & c4 was the only supplement I was using during the 2 week time frame. Even while cutting I was able to maintain my strength, & it even increased on some lifts Vascularity: This is one of my favorite parts of c4. I've been using it for years & it always delivers some of the best pumps possible. I think Cellucor struck gold when they decided to use creatine nitrate in their preworkout & the addition of arginine akg allows it to last even longer in your body. I notice the pump regardless of how much product I use which really is a testament to how potent the creatine nitrate is. I've even found myself taking a scoop of c4 on nights I go out in order to give me energy/focus/& pumps lol Formula: I've been a loyal fan of c4 ever since it was first released a few years back. I'm extremely happy Cellucor has continued to use the same foundation for the formula while only tweaking very minor aspects of the formula. I think this is a more stream lined & consistent product that would work excellent for men, women, power lifters, cross fitters, & your average gym rat.

I have tried the g3 series of c4 and loved it so i expected big things for the new version as always i used it 30 mins pre workout fasted since i work out at 430am.i mixed one scoop with 8 oz of water shook it for about 15 seconds and there was no left over residue it mixed very well,the taste is amazing it seems to me they improved ther watermelon flavor which was amazing in the first place but now its just a home run seriouslly tastes like a jolly rancher.when walking to the gym door i could always feel the rush of energy coming through my body and the beta alinine tingles which i love.I loved the added caffeine in it and the new ingrediant teacor which you could tell really helped with the added energy and focus which i noticed was much better compared to the old formula and also teacor is a better acting stimulant as your body wont get used to the caffeine as easly which i like.The pumps from this were amazing and honestly on leg day and bicep day smashed some pr's which are always great.all in all this product does what it is supposed to give you that good clean energy,focus and amazing pumps i definetlly recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a great pre workout

I started working out in 2013 and I lost about 130lbs but after I lost the weight I really needed more energy after coming home from school and work. I started taking this product about two weeks ago and it works great! I felt a little too much tingle the first time, but then it became less intense. I love the energy I have when I drink this!!

I've been constantly using the C4 sport watermelon pre workout. But I just received one with new packaging . The packaging once removed looked like some kind of suspicious powder. I had recommended this product to my friends however the new packaging might make me reconsider purchasing the same type .

You can definitely feel the beta Alanine kick in. Works well on an empty stomach, not so much otherwise. If you're looking for a tart taste, beware of the Pink Lemonade! It tastes like cotton candy. If you don't prefer sweets, it's pretty difficult to choke down.
