Good taste and one of my go-to pre-workout supplements. Not overpowering like some pre-workouts can be.

This stuff is amazing !! I usually just take a little bit in my mouth and drink some water right after and just swish it . I love the flavor !! It also really gets me going in the gym it's very fast acting if you just take the shot in your mouth and drink water right after

I absolutely love. C-4. I drink several throughout the day. Cant comment on the workout part, as I do not work out. But it keeps me going all day long. Love the Fruit Linch over the Arctic Snow just hard to find unless I order directly from Cellulor which is the same price and you can get promos!!

I think this C4 flavor is amazing. It mixes well when I use a shaker cup with the shaker ball with water and ice. I do NOT drink energy drinks or caffeine, except green tea at bedtime, and this pre-workout drank 30 minutes before my Peloton ride really helped me not feel as exhausted and last the whole workout so I could do other stuff throughout the day. I love the flavor and I use 2 scoops for a full 26-ounce shaker bottle. The price is nice too.

Just tried it today, not well versed in pre-workout but it did do somethiny for me. i felt tingly and pleasant throughout my hr workout, more motivated and felt less tired. Lasted lomger than my workout, by about an hr, so woudl recommend for a 2 hr session. Didnt feel any of the itchiness some others described, i however did feel a little shaky, but that could be because its my first time.

Different than advertised delivered as shown in photo. New formula not as effective. Would not recommend

Do not care for the taste. Also seems to lack the intensity of the other flavors.

1) Item is not as pictured and the nutritional values are different in comparison to the item pictured. 2) Item contains moisture/mold which is visible through the clear bottom. The powder is a very pale pinkish color but when wet turns bright red. There are deep red to brown moisture spots in the container. The seal is unopened so the C4 company has poor quality control and the seller does as well.
