C4 Super Sport Pre-Workout Powder, Watermelon, Energy, Strength & Power, 30 Servings

Purchased for my husband as a replacement for the excessive amount of coffee he was drinking. Rather than 2 full pots of coffee, he has one cup of this. Loves the focus improvement in his day to days.

i use it instead of drinking energy drinks. i have a smaller scoop from my Creatine container, and I'll add 1 small scoop to my waters at work. that way, it's not a caffeine overload and it's so much cheaper than Redbull or monster

This pre workout is the only one I found that works for me. I take 2 scoops of it and my eyes go blurry and I heat up really good. Amazing pump and extremely focused on my workout

i cannot find real raspberry flavor in stores and have it shipped. i have not gotten tired of this flavor in years! the new icy raspberry i. stores is nasty. i even tried another brand "Raspberry " and it was same "ice" flavor which is like watered down sugar water blegh!! this is only flavor i love!

Caffeine and stuff never works on me, but this makes me feel hyped up and a little tingly and jittery. 10/10

Makes me itch like crazy and I don't like that but it does exactly what it's supposed to do and is great!

I've used C4 pre workout on and off for years, it's my main pre but I do occasionally try out others just to test them but always come back to C4. It's never let me down.

This definitely gives me a great boost of energy, before work or a workout. Be mindful of the pricklies at first. They do go away. You have to get to moving....lol

this does not give you the pre work out energy and motivation it advertises. I will not be buying this again.

Compared to the premade C4 in a can, of which you can feel a nitrogen effect, this was like drinking a packet of watered down electrolyte solution. Will not purchase again.
