C4 Ultimate Shred Pre-Workout Powder, Lemon Italian Ice, 20 Servings

I would definitely recommend this product. I was reluctant to try a new flavor but Icy Blue Razz has been getting old so I tried Lemon Italian Ice and it was easily the best tasting pre-workout I have ever had. It also gave me a crazy rush when I got to the gym. Very satisfied.

C4 Ultimate shred is a great pre-workout to wake up and get you sweating, and sweating, and sweating. If you are not used to pre-workouts this product likely will overwhelm and suggest you start somewhere lower. Although, if you are looking to take your pre-workout to the next level this is a great product, just what I needed to help breath new life into my gym sessions.

Works great, I take a scoop and start to drink it on the way to the gym and normally finish after a 15 min warm up, gives me tons of energy to push myself more, and more. The thermo works great too, I start to feel warm and sweat a ton, no longer need to wear a jacket to get the extra water flowing. The gummy flavor taste just like a handful of gummy worms to me, at least until the last bit then it's a little meh, but that's all powder drinks to me.

Usually all I read is how good a product taste.... so will get that out of the way first. This flavor Gummy is really good. So the flavor is different a nice change. The product so far seems to work well. I can tell it gives a little more pump and push. Time will tell on the shred part. It does have a lttle spice in the after taste, but not too much. Its worth the change if you are on the fence to try it.

I’ll give it 5 stars because of how well it works and gets me ready for my workouts and my wife loves it as well. However, the aftertaste is just gross in the black cherry and it almost unbearable.

Even though I have become numb and acclimated to a lot of forms of caffeine and preworkouts, this product actually gave me an energy boost to do everything from long cardio sessions to heavy weightlifting sessions.

Works almost instantly, no jitters and taste pretty good but not when your chewing gum . Recommended for experienced pre-work users. For beginners try the original C4 first.

the flavor to me is no good. has like a spicy bitter after taste.

Tried this product for the first time this morning and it definitely worked....maybe a little too well though. Currently 3 hours after my workout and still feeling jittery. I think I'm going to return and stick to my regular C4 blend!
