I purchased these bulbs for two different uses: dusk-to-dawn night lights and decorative lighting in the base of a room lamp.
In the dusk-to-dawn night lights, the LED bulbs appeared only about half as bright as the 7.5-watt incandescent bulbs they replaced. I suspect this reduced brightness is due to the design of the night lights themselves rather than the LED bulbs.
In the decorative lamp base, which is powered by a wall switch (not an electronic light sensor), the bulbs shone just as brightly as the other incandescent bulbs in the lamp base.
