I bought this camera to install in front of our garage as an extra security camera. We already have a doorbell camera at the front door, but our house is the first one at the entrance of a cul-de-sac. Our kids often play outside, and cars sometimes pull in to turn around, so my husband wanted a little extra peace of mind. There are also fruit trees in our front yard and we occasionally leave items in the car while unloading, so having additional coverage felt like a good idea. What I like most about this camera is the wide viewing range and the clear image quality. The night vision also works well. Since it's solar powered and waterproof, it's a great option for outdoor use in different weather conditions. The motion detection features are helpful, and the alarm siren and light alert add another layer of security. We're using it close to the house so connectivity hasn't been an issue, but I also like that it supports 4G signals and can work in places without Wi-Fi, which could be useful for locations like cabins or remote properties. One thing to note is that it comes with a SIM card rather than an SD card, so it's good to keep that in mind. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase.

I live in a rural area and decided to purchase it for my peace of mind as I live in a rural area. It comes with mounting hardware and easy to install, you will need a drill a Phillips screwdriver bit, and possibly a pencil to line up the holes on the bracket. It is motion sensitive and has night mode with alerts. You will need to download an app that is compatible with your device-very easy! Once your device has connected to the app you are set. The camera provides excellent video quality and voice pickup. It is waterproof, ultra HD 2 way audio, color night vision, and allows multi -user sharing the information that you're recording or capturing by images. It gives you alerts when motion has been detected, As mentioned it has a solar panel so keep that in mind when installing and also the camera has a usb charging cord so be sure to charge your device before mounting. I am very pleased with its performance thus far and plan on purchasing another one for a friend of mine who lives alone. I forgot to mention that it has an alarm that can be activated when you feel the need to scare off an intruder. In the alarm management function you have a choice of two modes, daytime and nighttime humanoid detection All in all this camera is very effective and works perfectly. Nice camera, decent app. Could be better, could be worse. Ready to use and easy to turn on and off. App is a little wonky.
