Because the pool cable didn't come with the silver metal clip on the red cable.

No wench included even though it's shown clearly
Misleading wouldn't purchase again it clearly shows it “comes with wench” it's didn't and center in the picture. I could have gotten both on Amazon for same price! And quicker then this. I'm very upset!

Buying mistake
I was very disappointed with my purchase, all that I received was the cable only. No metal bracket to tighten my pool cover with. No packing slip no way to contact the person I bought it from. It came from China. Wasted money

I agree with misleading. I could have bought just a cable cheaper somewhere else. Now I still need to buy the other piece. Not happy.
