This is my favorite brand and my favorite type of cheese! not many places carry the larger block of the extra extra sharp cheese. This is our go to when we have five cheese mac %26 cheese. It's perfect for just cutting a wedge and eating it with fruit, kielbasa or in a salad.. 100% recommend this cheese. If never lets me down!!

cabot makes excellent cheeses.this is a very sharp cheddar cheese starting to get a little expensive though but sometimes you have to treat yourself to a better quality item

I've bought this cheese more than any other. Sharpest flavor I can find without paying an arm and a leg. Fry some wontons filled with this cheese. 😍😋😎

This is my absolutly favorite and go to cheese. I use it for cheese and crackers, home made mac n cheese, cubed in my salads, I even use it making my Alfredo sauce.

This cheese used to be one of the best hard cheeses Nice sharp flavor The last one I got was creamy like processed cheese you get from the deli. it did not have the sharp flavor So yes i'm disappointed hence the radius. the cheese is wetter. hard cheese should be hard and if you want sharp cheese it should be. this cheese is moist springy. again like processed american cheese. I am very disappointed I had hoped they would keep it the hard cheese. and yes This does affect the flavor.

This has been my go to cheddar cheese for years. I usually buy the big block. The texture has changed to softer cheese. It should be hard, almost crumbly. Also to taste of the Seriously sharp doesn't taste that sharp anymore. Not sure what they changed but very disappointed

The cheese is moldy!!!!!!! You can't tell me the shopper didn't see this! Now I have to go to another store to get another brick! I do pick up because I live 1 hour from stores!!! So dissatisfied.

The quality of the Cabot seriously sharp has gone downhill the last few years. It doesn't even taste like a sharp cheese, let alone seriously sharp. No flavor. Feels like lots of water weight in it. Sharp should be much dryer. My new go to is Old Croc extra sharp from Australia. It's grass fed and a bit more expensive but totally worth it. This will be the last time I purchase Cabot cheese. Sorry.
