Not only does it provide durable, even color coverage, but its Cool Feel Technology genuinely makes a difference by reducing surface. Plus, it offers excellent UV protection and fade resistance, making it a great choice for long-lasting weather protection. Which is something you definitely need when you live in the hot Florida sun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #Received product complimentary from Influenster. We used this on a side of our shade that was getting the most sun and the original paint had peeled off after we had substantial amounts of rain. It works great and it dried super fast. Was very easy to apply with the brush applicator .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cabot heat reducing stain + Sealer is great. The application process was very easy and hassle free. The stain is thin and is taken well by the wood. I do recommend you make sure you prep the deck well and no dust or dirt is present. The color is beautiful, it is a milk chocolate to an almost light golden brown. I love how nice it looks and that no extra steps are needed as this is a stain + sealer product. I'm very happy to know the deck is not only weather protected, but this stain will also block and reflect UV rays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Cabot's HEAT-REDUCING SOLID COLOR STAIN + SEALER on my wood deck, and I'm thrilled with the results. The stain not only provided a rich, vibrant color but also noticeably reduced the surface temperature on hot days. Application was smooth and even, and the built-in sealer ensures lasting protection. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance and protect their wooden surfaces!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks fantastic. It was so easy to apply to my front porch. It is mid summer and extremely hot outside. I can notice a difference of temperature on the porch after I applied the stain. It took some time to dry, but I also like to be extra careful not to walk on it until it completely dries. We used the back porch for a whole 24 hours before stepping back onto the front porch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This color and coverage of stain are *chefs kiss*. Perfect. I actually thought it would be more of a paint coverage based on description but it's very nice coverage, dries very quick as well. We plan to use this on our back deck that's currently being built! We stained a few deck boards to sample it before hand and you won't be disappointed if you purchase this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Application was pretty simple we used a roller due to not receiving the application pad. Coverage and durability are great so far. Texture was easy to work with. It was very hot and humid so dying time was a bit delayed before using the deck again. A very good product and highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The application of this paint was smooth. It provided full coverage with one coat and didn't have a bad odor. The drying time was under an hour. I love that this paint was easy to remove from my hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to use the Cabot Heat Reducing Solid Color Stain Sealer with Cool Feel Technique on my deck, and I'm really impressed with the results. The application was straightforward – the stain went on smoothly and covered well with just one coat. The most notable feature is the Cool Feel technology. Even on hot summer days, my deck stays noticeably cooler to the touch compared to the surrounding areas, making it much more comfortable to walk on barefoot. The solid color provides a rich, vibrant look that has greatly enhanced the overall appearance of my outdoor space. The stain also seems to be very durable. After a few months, it still looks as good as new, with no signs of peeling or fading despite exposure to sun and rain. Cleanup was easy, and the product's eco-friendly formula is a nice bonus. The only downside is the price – it's a bit more expensive than other stains as I checked on the website. However, the heat-reducing feature and long-lasting finish make it worth the investment. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to refresh their deck and keep it cool during the hot months
