Flavour-rich and organic
I only need a fraction of this sugar compared to regular granulated white sugar for the same degree of sweetness. It has great flavour, which I prefer to white sugar. The fact that it's organic is so beneficial as well. Love that!

Texture like regular white sugar
I was looking to buy something coarser like “sugar in the raw” Turbinado but this sugar is fine like regular sugar. The flavour is okay.

Meh
I got this product as a substitution. It's odd: slightly yellow in colour, larger crystals than regular white sugar, teeny tiny bits of extraneous greyish flecks throughout. I wouldn't buy this on purpose.
