Cacique Crema Mexicana Fresh Table Cream, 15 oz Jar

For my family, this is the gold standard of easy-to-find crema. The flavor and texture are excellent and consistent. We primarily use it to make cheese dip like you find in Mexican restaurants (the white kind, not the orange kind). Occasionally we'll throw some on a taco or other Mexican meal as a sour cream substitute. If you're unaware of the difference, this stuff is thinner (it's thick, but it can be poured rather than spooned) and not sour.

I actually use this in my coffee. Just like a heavy cream. It's not sweet, just perfect. And way cheaper than actual heavy cream. Plus, it's a bonus to have to drizzle in soups or for Mexican food.

The taste of this table cream is spot on. It taste very fresh. It is a bit pricey, but is a quality product. I don't have a need for this often, but it makes a world of difference. I would buy it again.

This crema is great for tacos. It's smooth, creamy, and adds that perfect cool, slightly tangy finish that balances out spicy fillings really well. I've also used it on burrito bowls and even drizzled it over enchiladas. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's best used fairly quickly once opened. I noticed the quality doesn't hold up as long as some other dairy products, so plan to use it within a short time frame. Overall, delicious and definitely worth grabbing for taco night.

I use it as a neutral non-clotting base for sauces and gravies. I wish it lasted longer, but it's apparently all natural so it has a limit on it's shelf (refrigerated) life

Didn't care for it - thought it would be good in coffee. It's just a bunch of ingredients not worth ingesting. I'll stick to heavy cream.

It needs a different pouring system it's crusty quick we don't use it fast enough maybe i prefer creamy sour cream or non fat Greek yogurt

Hello, I would like to ask you to be more careful with perishable products. This is already the second time I've bought sour cream that turned out to be spoiled. The product was bubbling and had a bitter taste, even though the expiration date is only later this week. The first time it happened, I felt embarrassed to return it because it was a low-priced item, but this time it's already the second time in a row. I'm really disappointed and hope more attention will be given to product storage and quality control. Thank you for your understanding.
