They work!
They work as promised. Sure make a racket in the dryer though.

Cuts Drying Time/Noisy
They're loud in your dryer but if you can close the door to your laundry area it's not so bad. Tried them on a large load of t-shirts and it worked fine. Was worried the tiny sharp bumps on these would snag on fabric, but it wasn't harmful to my clothes at all. (Probably wouldn't use these on delicates, however.) I would say it cut the drying time by 30-35%. Also, these really reduce static cling. No need for dryer sheets!
