Smh, how many nail drills must a person purchase before finding a decent one? Apparently, it is more than 5, as I have bought quite a few without any success. The Cadrim “Professional” Electric Nail Drills falls flat on my expectations. Upon receipt today via FedEx, I knew immediately it was a fail directly due to its awkwardness while holding it. In addition, it is worth noting that this drill is quite weighty, def a dealbreaker for me, having arthritic hands I'd imagine this thing would cause me more pain, suppose it'd cause others issues as well after prolonged usage. Ugh, I'm dreading contacting customer service in regard to this useless thing, as returns are difficult for myself and others whom are homebound, being it's 2026 one would think there would be a sufficient way for retailers to assist disabled consumers with such. Digressing, buy another type of drill y'all-10/10 would NOT recommend!

i could not get the original nail bit to come out. it does not have a number for customer service on box or user manual. I did find a web sit but could not get a rep to use translation condiderin it was in Chinese..
