I have been a regular customer of Cafe Altura for over 20 years, and have recommended it to family and friends. It's better coffee than I get at even the best coffee houses. Thank you for being organic and for staying with your commitment to excellence

In reading about coffee beans they should not be shiny. Some of these beans were shiny and I didn't really like the taste.
