CAFE CCR06BM2PS5 specialty refrigerator

Beautiful fridge. Love the lights, capacity, temperature and noise level. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. Only downside is that the fridge is taller than my current fridge which caused some issues even at the lowest setting but we were able to workaround it.

I like everything about it. The only complaint is the measurements were not accurate of its actual size. We had a GE Monagram for 18 years in the built in space we purchased the Cafe model to fit into. The dimensions give on each were exactly the same. But, the Cafe model was about a 1/4 inch to tall with the legs fully turned in. We had to shave off a 1/4 inch on the plastic/rubber legs to get it to fit under the counter. Our previously owned GE Monagram easily fit under the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our new beverage fridge! It is aesthetically pleasing in our kitchen. I like having the glass door with the illumination and the option to have it light up when approached. It keeps everything nice and cold and I like the quick cool setting for when adding a large amount of beverages to cool. We have not noticed any noise. The adjustable shelving is really nice. I am able to get all the cans we want plus juices and tea as well as bottles of wine at the bottom. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I'm happy with my decision.

This beverage cooler is amazing. I waited a little bit before I read it and it did not disappoint. It keeps everything nice and cool. It is quiet. It's got a beautiful background light. I just can't say enough about it.

Pros: capacity fits our needs, love the slide out wine rack and slide feature on the top shelf to allow for taller bottles/beverages. The only negative: Personally, I'd prefer if the handle was all one color. The coppery/brass accent is ugly IMO and detracts from look of the unit as a whole. Also, I like the motion sensor for the interior light, it stays on for about 2 minutes when activated, but sometimes it has a mind of it's own. Randomly, the interior light will turn on by itself when no one is near the unit and it stays on for 10-15 minutes.

The bottom rack: The spacers seem to be designed for wine bottles. I'd like to have another one installed that is meant for beer bottles/cans. If I place beer cans/bottles in this rack, they drag on the casing when I pull the rack out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Somehow, the installers must've ruined one of the cords as the product was not working upon installation. And working with your warranty company, it took over six months to finally get it fixed, which ended up being a new unit. I am concerned about service going forward.

The shelves don't slide out! Terrible design. Multiple other brands have refrigerators that are built just as well for less money and all the shelves slide out. I thought this one had slide out shelves like all the other top brands. I bought this one as part of the Cafe package to keep the design similar. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

We purchased two units and they both go to 41 degrees when set at 34. Bodewell which is GE service branch says if it is below 46 degrees it is operating within the specifications. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
