It's well designed with the end user in mind, with its highly used preprogrammed options. It's so quiet and doesn't disrupt conversations. It's efficient and energy saving!

This dishwasher is BEAUTIFUL 🤩 I'm still figuring out how to load it best but I've rented a couple times and it's very quiet. I wish the rack was a little bit sturdier, but overall I love the dishwasher! Lots of choices for the different cycles and the capacity holds a lot!

Quiet, and both washes and dries great. Would give 5 stars had we been able to order it with the desired color handle and not have to pay a lot for the custom upgrade while having to remove and disgard the handle it came with. Configure to order should be the customer experience for this model. It would also be great if access was improved to make installation of the water line more accessible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of the dishwasher is very appealing, love the solid handle and easy to read function panel. The top utensil rack is a nice addition for delicate items. The silverware wash feature is nice for getting those forks and spoons really clean. I feel like the dishes do not get dry enough on a standard normal wash of two hours without adding the extra dry drying feature for a three hour cycle. Overall happy with the product.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that I'd really like for the movable silverware tray, that goes in the top to be bigger! It's quiet, my dishes always come out sparkling clean, it has so many options for loading, I just want more space in the tray that I can line up my forks and spoons in.

RUN AWAY from this dishwasher! We replaced the dishwasher when it stopped working after 1 1/2 years. Bought the same product, hoping the original,poor quality was a fluke. After 1 repair using the extended warranty we purchased, we are once again without a working dishwasher. It seems to work for about a year, then stops. After waiting for over 6 weeks for the second extended warranty repair, we still do not have a working dishwasher. GE should be ashamed to sell this piece of junk.

Ge service came out twice due to a BRAND new dishwasher leaking and they basically were no help. Stated diagnostic test looks good and nothing seems to be wrong! Wasted my time waiting around for these people to tell me there is nothing wrong with dishwasher. Meantime I have a useless dishwasher unable to use bc it LEAKS and starting to damage my New hardwood kitchen floor. Don't tell me I need to trouble shoot ( from a previous review) bc there is an obvious defect that Ge. Would like Ge to replace this piece of garbage bc I'm fed up with this company having no reliability.

Bought all Cafe products in 2019 because they appeared premium. In less than 5 years have repaired the stove 2x and replaced the dishwasher & microwave. Mind you, we don't have kids, so it's not like these appliances are getting heavy use or abused. This new dishwasher has insulation flaking off, leaks on every load and has a faulty display. All these problems in the first week. It's been over 2 months and there is still no ETA as to when GE can fix. Why not replace the dishwasher? It's clearly faulty. Disappointing service and product. Avoid at all cost.

LEAKED AFTER JUST 5 YEARS. QUIET. Does not always fully dissolve cascade detergent packets, even with a "normal" load. A word about Cafe seres (from 15 years ago, with MW replacement and dishwasher 5 YEARS AGO): Microwave failed early, replaced with the same to match the style. The handle was cheap plastic w/ SS "look" contact paper- quickly wore off. Refrigerator, ice maker stopped dispensing after 7 yrs, membrane over buttons wore out too, dishwasher (1st one) had heater stuck on and melted all inside, replaced with another only lasted 5 years, leaking tub.
