[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Cafe' dishwasher! The top rack “silverware/serving ware “ shelf adds another convenient level of capacity. It's been quite efficient, with excellent washing and drying, and has been very quiet, which is greatly appreciated, as it's in an open area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous high end dishwasher was etching all our glasses. Switched to this and it's been great so far! No etching, very clean dishes! Quiet, love the third adjustable rack, I'm still discovering features! The built in clips to keep small items from flipping on the upper rack is a plus. Plates seem to fit in much better in the bottom rack compared to our previous dishwasher as well.

Ultra drying cycle leavs both dishes, glasses, pots, silverware, and machine spotlessly dry...no water drops anywhere. Interior lighting and panel design complete the package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the dishwasher for a few weeks, but so far it has been great. The dishes come out clean and dry. I like how there is a light on the front of the dishwasher that temps me when the dishwasher is running or completed the cycle. My old dishwasher light was located on the top and we could never see when the dishes were clean when the cycle stopped. It's also very quiet which is another bonus.

Better since the redesign. The previous version leaked but this new version has no condensation issues. The first model would condensate on the underside of the counter top and then leak onto the floor. This new version has no issues. Runs quietly and cleans the dishes like a pro! We love the interior lighting!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great dishwasher, noise level is also great, dries very well. Awesome addition to our kitchen for sure. Love the lights inside the dishwasher so it's not dark when we open to load and unload. The only thing that I don't like is that it gets very hot on the outside when it's in drying phase. That's the one thing I'd ask the company to improve on, otherwise everything else is great. The middle rack doesn't open and close smoothly for me not sure about everyone else experience.

This Unit is replacing a similar top of the line Cafe Dishwasher that was new is 2015 and all I can say is we should have just fixed the old one as this one has less features, specifically there is no way to adjust the door to stay open, even when all the way down, it want to attempt to raise up and close. It cleans the dishes well and is low noise.

We have been using our GE Cafe dishwasher for about a year. The heating element and the control board both went out and it was 450 to repair it. It took 6 weeks to get the parts. We were told the dishwasher was running again when the tech finished (I was working at the time and wasn't present), but the first time it was turned on a leak error came on. It has been almost a week and they have not yet returned to fix the leak that was created during the repair. The repair tech told us that GE makes terrible dishwashers and we should consider another brand, so I'm here to share that advice.

I purchased the Cafe dishwasher with the black matte finish and the front panel stained within one week of use. The marks look like water stains and appear milky white. I have no idea what product or products contributed but I see there are others online with similar complaints. Nothing seems to remove the staining and it is not covered by the warranty and it is deemed "cosmetic." I contend it is a manufacturing defect. I am no longer buying the Cafe refrigerator!!!! BEWARE!
