The product itself is amazing, and NO it does NOT taste like fish. The bag was kind of small, BUT this does come from Japan. And the food culture there is much different from ours. So i think my expectation of a bigger bag is just cultural. The price isent awesome but its being imported.

I didn't want pretzels or potato chips and what is something different and found this shrimp flavor crunchy item and I'm hooked on this. Definitely recommend 👍

This snack is a delicious treat with a light crunch, featuring an umami flavor with a little bit of sweetness. I have eaten a whole bag in a day, they're so good!

I buy these for my 98 year old Japanese mother. She loves them. She'd eat the whole bag at once if I let her lol. She says they are good and not too spicy.

The first bite was just weird because our mouths were expecting salty. The initial taste is just bland. But then it melts down into peanut butter and we decided we like them. Great toddler snack.

super super flavorful, did not come in popped bag , I normal cant taste things well, so if i can taste this good, then you probably will have even a better experience with the taste. I so will get these again, in fact I bought two of these and both bags were not popped and were good. Japan snacks are the best.

I thought I would buy these to try something different. OMG I love them!! My daughter likes them too. I let my friend try them and he did not care for them at all. I guess it just depends on your taste buds but I really like them!

Was very surprised at how good these were. Also kind of addictive. Subtle flavor not overpowering just really really good.

Tasted good, but I thought they were squid flavored when I purchased. They were not, what I expected at all, but overall, they tasted good.

Very tasty, though the BBQ Sauce bit is VERY misleading as this doesn't taste of it nor have it in it. It tastes as you would expect of a Takoyaki snack...like Takoyaki. This is NOT a BBQ snack, so ignore that part of the description.
